I went to Dr. Coral E. Posert on October 1st, 2021 and was advised that I needed to receive two root canals, and two crowns. On the initial pre-determination of benefits I was not advised that porcelain crowns are not covered by my insurance company so upon my return for the second appointment I was advised i would have to pay even more out of pocket. I was not happy that the office receptionist who went over the pre-determination failed to explain this, however, I needed the work done and wanted porcelain so I went ahead and paid for them adding to my out of pocket cost. On my final appointment when the cementing and placement of the two crowns occurred I felt that the procedure was rushed. The dental assistants chair bumped into me several times, and just overall the whole process felt very rushed and I felt like the time that should have been spent was not taken.
