From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by the friendly staff and the pleasant environment of the office. Dr. Astin takes time to explain all the procedures as he is working. He included the pros and cons of the treatment, allowing me to make an independent decision. This was a wonderful experience! I have lived in Homer for two years and was dreading the idea of having to start somewhere new for my dental services. I am so happy I went to Dr. Abbott's office. The staff was incredibly nice and easy to talk to and the clinic was clean and organized. Normally when you walk into a medical or dental office they play elevator music which is supposed to relax the patients, but is usually depressing music. Dr. Abbott's office had wonderful country music in the background which automatically made me feel at home and comfortable. I would gladly recommend this office for any dental needs!.
Couldn't ask for a better dentist. Dentist anxiety kept me from going to the dentist for years, until I ended up with a badly infected tooth and was forced to seek help. Dr. Abbott's office got me in right away and took excellent care of me. He is extremely gentle & friendly and made me feel very comfortable. No recriminations for not taking better care of my teeth, just wonderful care to alleviate my pain. His staff is friendly and efficient and the office is clean and comfortable. I had no qualms of going back and having more work done and would highly recommend Dr. Abbott for all your dental needs..
