I scheduled a New Patient Exam at Sound Dentistry after several colleagues recommended them, and after my visit, I completely understand why they happily suggested their care. They were easy to reach via email, quick to respond, and they were kind and understanding when I had to reschedule my first appointment because my childcare fell through. My first visit was with Olivia, Dr. Kari, and Adrienne. Olivia was so supportive and comforting, and Dr. Kari thoroughly explained everything she saw and was very encouraging. Adrienne's hygiene check was quick and painless, and I'm looking forward to my cleaning and future appointments. I deeply appreciate how positive they were throughout my visit, especially because my last dental experience left me feeling very self-conscious and fearful. I think a lot of people, myself included, fear dentists not just because dental work can be invasive and seem like a steep financial investment, but because some dentists don't seem passionate about making people feel confident in the health and appearance of their smiles. I can only speak on my experience with Dr. Kari, Olivia, and Adrienne, but my visit made me feel like they truly love delivering good news and helping people. I'm glad I visited them and intend to go back. I think it's really cool that they use 3D printing for nightguards, and I definitely need one of those for relief from clenching.
