3I would not recommend Dr. Hamad based on his office staff. I called to change my insurance company information prior to my appointment. His office told me that starting 2 days after my appointment, they would no longer be accepting my insurance. That is of course their prerogative. However, since they ARE accepting it the day of my root canal, it should have no bearing on my service. His office demanded that I pay 2k up front for my appointment and submit it to my insurance carrier afterwards. It's like gong to a restaurant and having them say, we are gong to close in 3 hours, so we can't serve you now. Here's what I've learned in life. If the back office staff treats you like an idiot, it is because i have learned it is acceptable from their superiors... To put a client between a third party dispute is HIGHLY unethical behavior. I wouldn't recommend them based solely on how I was treated.
