Finally I had my 'aha' moment at Amherst Orthodontics . . . I witnessed a former patient returning to the office for a visit, and it was like a family reunion. That's the feeling you get when you're in the presence of the staff there - you feel like you're part of their family stopping in to visit. You almost forget you're there to take care of your teeth by the most professional people you'd ever want. I'm 52, nearing the end of my time in braces (what a wonderful difference!!), and my 11 year old daughter is now a patient too.
