3I told her to make it first thing in the morning this way in case he decided to leave early, I would be able to see him. She told me not to worry that he’d see me and I was his first appointment. I ended up leaving only to get a call the next day from the office manager telling me that “Dr” Carlos Fiallo does not want to be my orthodontist to find another one. In all honestly, I didn’t know how to react. I expected an apology for having made me drive over an hour and him to apologize for his unorganized office staff but instead I was being informed that he is refusing service? For what reason, I am not sure. I voiced this and the office manager was rude and told me ultimately if the doctor is refusing service it is his decision. I realize this review is quite lengthy but all you need to know is “DR”.CARLOS FIALLO AND STAFF ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND YOU SHOULD NOT BOTHER PAYING THEM A VISIT. 0/10
