Dr. Zia is professional and personable. She has been my dentist for over a year and enjoy the time with her. I feel she is quite thorough and conscience.

On my first visit, a consultation, Dr Jacob said that I needed a deep cleaning & I would have to pay a few hundred dollars out of pocket for it. I thought it was odd since I faithfully go to the dentist every 6 months & never had to have a special, deep cleaning. When I went back for my cleaning appointment later on, I spoke to the hygienist about the deep cleaning & she even agreed that I had no severe issues and we decided to do the regular cleaning instead. 6 months later, I went back for my cleaning & afterwards, the dentist was so busy that he didn’t even have time to see me. I said that’s fine since I never had a cavity anyway. They said, well he would probably just want to see you for sleep apnea. Why? For my last appt, 2 days before, their office called me to say that their hygienist was going to be out and I needed to reschedule. I said, I would be happy to see any hygienist. They said they only have 1 hygienist. Best part, they couldn’t fit me in for another 5 months. NOPE!
