22awful customer service (she asked me in the last moment to move my appointment, I accepted to be nice, only to find out during the appointment that she reduced the actual time slot I had to half...) not much competence from the doctor\'s part (I told her I lost a tooth filling, she wasn\'t able to find the tooth with the problem not even with this helpful hint...). she overcharges, negligent, careless (I asked for the x-rays films she took, she only sent some of them, late, without a title, image moved, poor/useless image).
