I had a huge fear of dentist since being slapped by one as a child. I had neglected my teeth and felt embarrassed because of my teeth. About a month ago I went to Dr. Pranger and had two roots canals. Today I returned and had more work done. After the first appointment I have completely gotten over my fear. He uses a topical to numb before shots so you won't feel them. I have had a lot of work done and have not had one single moment of discomfort. He and his team CARE about you as a person.

I used to dread going to the Dentist. Not anymore. Dr. Pranger and his staff make each visit extremely comfortable and pain free. My wife and kids have switched over as well. Hands down best choice for a Dentist in the Metro East!
