5I strongly recommend finding another dentist, office: The office is old and outdated. My kids were referred to an orthodontist only to find out from the specialist that he routinely gives this dentist Magic tickets in return. Come on! I was just refused a teeth cleaning (scheduled for 7am four months prior) unless I agreed to a simultaneous dentist check up by a new young associate Dr Miller who was not yet even in the office for me to meet; I waited for him to arrive and explained I would gladly return for a check up with usual dentist at another time he overruled the hygienist and she offered me a 20 min cleaning since it was already 740am; I asked about the planned rush job and she blew a gasket and stormed off very rude and unprofessionally; I walked up to the front and "Tee" the manager basically kicked me out and told me she would send me my records; I asked that Dr Solberg call me to explain but never got a call. I left a precious dentist years ago when the senior Dr brought his son in to the practice and tried to pawn me off to his son as a patient as if I was his property, I transferred to Dr Solberg many years ago, and as history repeats itself this practice got busy, they brought in a young new dentist, and emphasis now on filling his schedule and try to force patients around like property for business reasons. I will move on and find a dental "practice" rather than a dental "business" where I will be treated with dignity and respect.
