Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet.
My only issue with this practice was that when I had prophylactic treatment (cleaning) , the polishing was done first, and then the work with the dental picks, etc. I didn't recall my previous dental practice doing this. I was given an explanation when I asked, but am not totally convinced this is best practice!.
I highly recommend Dr Oliver and his welcoming staff. Dr Oliver explained my options and cost so I had a full understanding of what was necessary. I have to say I truthfully have never felt any discomfort, he is the most caring & gentle dentist I have ever been too. His staff is equally as conscientious, and courteous calling to remind me of my up coming appointment and to take my premed. Heather, dental assistant is equally as knowledgable in answer questions and explaining the process.
