Searching for a good dentist recently has been a problem for me so I thought I would give online reviews a try. I was worried about going to find a new dentist because the last place I went was a disaster. I needed a dentist in Rancho Cucamonga so I searched review sites and saw Baseline Dental had great reviews so I decided to give them a chance. I had the same experience as the reviews I read. When I went there the front staff and everyone was really friendly. I saw Dr. Buck who was very thorough and explained the things I needed. The last place I went said I needed a lot of work done and didn't explain why. Dr. Buck said I needed less than half of the work the previous dentist said which is about what I expected in the first place. He also explained why I needed a crown and showed me on the x-ray why. When I went back for my cleaning they did such a good job. My last two offices I was in and out in like 15 minutes for the cleaning and it felt like they did nothing. At Baseline Dental the hygienist took her time and did a really good job cleaning my teeth. I have had such bad experiences at other places but here you just feel like you can trust them. I'm so glad I'm going to Dr. Buck now. To top it all off they gave me a gift bag as I left. I will be telling all my friends. Thanks for everything.
