I love Michelle. The staff is very nice and professional and Dr Whyte is great with patients and a great dentist. I am hesitiant to write such a great review because I still want to be able to get an appointment when I need one. But I love her!

I am very upset with the treatment of my grandparents and little cousin at this office. They arrived early at 3:00pm for a 3:30pm appointment and wasn't called to the back until 4:41. They were overbooked and there were no seats for my elderly grandparents so they were either forced to stand or sit in the car. There were no accommodations made for them and then when they were finally called and on their way back inside they were told they couldn't see my cousin because she couldn't wait even though she took another patient to the back. As a business owner, I am highly dissatisfied by their lack of customer service and professionalism. I do not recommend this office!
