Dr. Hepler has been my dentist since 2005! I've been a patient there so long that I don't even remember how I found out about his office but I am glad I did. During my first couple of years as his patient I didn't have the best insurance and there were a few occasions where they worked with me regarding payments. It is extremely rare to find any office willing to do that for most patients. Going to the dentist has never been on my list of favorite things to do but they have always made sure the experience was as pleasant as possible. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff in the 11 years I have been a patient here. The only "bad" thing to happen was having to say goodbye to my favorite hygienist who decided to stay home with her babies. While they could never replace my favorite one, the other hygienist have been very knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. :-) I believe in being loyal when businesses are deserving of that loyalty. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Hepler and his wonderful staff. Besides being gentle during procedures, I know that in Dr. Hepler and his staff, you will find individuals genuinely concerned about your oral health, and someone who is genuinely professional, kind, and considerate when it comes to their patients.
