How Patients FeelFAIR
While Dr.Cyterski and his assistant are usually friendly, the woman at the front desk is not at all. She is the contact person / gate keeper.She is rude, abrupt and leaves a poor impression. She displays an attitude as though you are inconveniencing her. The office appears clean but waiting room is small. Parking can be difficult. Previously satisfied with Dr. Cyterski, he became high pressure regarding the scheduling of a surgical procedure and over stepped boundaries in the process.
