Dear Community, Please be warned that this is the worst dental office. Please read my story to learn what happened to my family when we went to Fred Hoeksma for dental work. I received dental work by Fred Hoeksma in 2001. He filled cavities in two teeth. One on the top jaw and one on the lower. In 2006 the tooth Fred Hoeksma filled had cracked and the tooth became infected. I went to Ada family dentistry for help with my severe tooth pain. They found I needed a root canal in the tooth Fred Hoeksma filled in 2001. The dentist who worked on my tooth explained that the filling they removed from my tooth was the worst dental work they have ever seen. After the root canal Ada Family Dentistry suggested I remove and replace the other filling from Fred Hoeksma in my tooth on the top jaw. I have replaced both. I am very thankful I had the resources and a good and honest dentist to help me correct the poor dental work I had recived when I was eight years old. I am an adult today and I have spend over a decade watching my family suffer from the worst dental pain that I have ever seen because of the poor dental work Fred Hoeksma did. I paid $2,500 to repair the damage done to my teeth at Fred Hoeksma's dental office. He uses material to fill teeth that other dentist do not recognize. Fred Hoeksma is responsible for harming the health and well being of three of my family members plus myself. Fred puts patients in danger by taking short cuts and using cheap material to profit from each patient. The harm he has cause to our family has been on going and extremely painful. Fred caused more damage in the half effort repairs he did to my family's teeth in dental procedures. One of my family member's dental work that he did that literally fell out and caused so much pain. Please take in consideration the pain and devastation Fred Hoeksma has caused to my family before deciding to risk your family's health and safety.
