Dr. Hazim and his staff had been my dentist since childhood, and overall both himself and his staff were friendly, prompt, and professional. However, he always tried to upsell. I needed a mouth guard one visit, I should consider whitening treatments the next, and every visit I needed to consider removing my wisdom teeth. Well, when he informed me I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth and it had to be removed, I was doubtful to say the least. After getting a second opinion and finding out there was no cavity whatsoever, needless to say I did not return.
