. I have insurance that is 100% covered for any and all fillings and cleanings. Dr. Birjandi told me that is was $75 for teeth cleaning and $150 for each cavity. This was all a HUGE lie to milk me out of more money. Why are you in a career that you are only focused on money and lying to people to get more? If you don't have a true passion for your work and if your not focused solely on helping others, you shouldn't be in that carrer. The ego can be very ugly and unfortunately I have seen this side of the Dr. Birjandi.
