WORST, MOST PAINFUL DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! Wish you could rate a "0"! Stay away!! After crowning 13 teeth under sedation (I only expected 9 in this visit), Dr. McMillan had stretched my mouth so wide as to cause my entire lower gum line to blister, and broke the labial frenulum. A month + of indescribable pain and healing, and only being able to eat soup and drink room temperature beverages. When I told him I had pain in a lower tooth (documented in his notes), he only filed the crown and never addressed the pain. I immediately went back to my original dentist who took an x-ray of the tooth, and discovered an abscess. This required an endodontist to do root canal. Antibiotics prescribed. The next day, the abscess burst and required an incision and much stronger antibiotics. Now my original dentist says because the crown was placed incorrectly by Dr. McMillan, and could possibly get another abscess, it has to be replaced. This has been a six month dental nightmare. My current out of pocket expenses exceed over $37,000. His chair side manners are rude and condescending. He tells you he said something when he didn't, then accuses you of being forgetful. When I asked him about a statement he made earlier, he said, "I never said that", yet it is clearly in his medical notes (which I obtained before I went back to my original long time dentist). The only reason I sought out a new dentist is for sedation dentistry. NEVER AGAIN!
