Dr Avakian didn't advice me of what needed to be done outside of the insurance coverage but surprised with a bill of $159. Had to call my insurance on the spot so they can talk to himself since he was the one who wrote the bill. Not professional and was yelling at times cause i wasn't willing to pay more than for what was regular cleaning procedure with just a copay of $30. I had to settle with un-requested $42 for the X-ray which i took with me anyways.
