1Armada is not a reasonable company to work with. I went to Elizabeth Kane DPT at this location on April 10th, 2018 for a wheelchair seating evaluation. After 4 weeks of a Presbyterian DME specialist caseworker constantly calling the therapist, the office, and the main company number asking for the paperwork to be completed, it has yet to be done. The parent company has not returned messages left by the DME specialist. There is excuse after excuse as to why this has not been completed. So, here I am without a wheelchair and the delays will leave me without one for the foreseeable future because Armada cannot do their job in a timely manner. Their job was to fill out a form, that’s it! This could possibly be considered Medicare fraud, in my opinion, as they have probably accepted money for something they have failed to complete. Avoid this company like a plague at all their locations. Choose ANY other company.
