You Should have 2 people up front for scheduling and billing, not the dental hygienist. or ex-ray tech I called to make sure that you took my insurance the girls said we couldn\'t do that you have to reschedule then they told me they had a patient in the back waiting on them and they sat there for another 20 minutes doing nothing but flapping there jaws
