5I have to say that I am not happy with this office. I spent over 1000.00 of work on one tooth and then to have him tell me "sorry but its the structure of the tooth and it will have to be pulled and then charged me for the xray to tell me that after he told me in the office that there would be no charge. The receptionist said the doc doesn't make those decisions. Not happy at all.

2\"Dr.\" Rightmer is supposed to be a specialist in root canals. My wife was referred to him for a root canal. When she went back to our regular dentist for a crown our dentist discovered he had cracked her tooth in half down through the root. She had to have the tooth pulled. Our dentist contacted him and he said there would be no charge and his office would call my wife. In a few weeks we get a bill for over $200 after the insurance payment for the service with a $150. \"Professional Discount\", there was nothing professional about this plus no one from his office has ever called my wife. Stay away from this guy.
