1Horrible customer service. I called as a new patient, and the receptionist rushed the call. She cut me off before I could finished my sentence. And, when she used the word "ma'am" I felt it had a negative connotation behind (as if she was irritated by my questions). Thus, I black-line Charles King's name from the list by time the receptionist and I disconnected the call.
