It was an emergency visit, and My DIL was unaware that her insurance didn\'t cover dental. The doctor and office could not have been more rude or humiliating to her. Telling her she wasted his time because he had to drive all the way to Pasadena from Glendale. Who cares. He\'s the one who didn\'t have his staff follow through on her insurance. She was delirious all weekend and appreciated the antibiotics he prescribed. She\'s a young person and is just figuring out about insurance and jerky doctors.
