1I came in for a cleaning recently, but upon coming in I noticed the front office was a little dirty. Dust was solidified in the corners, ceiling vents, and although the front desk was nice they weren't familiar with how to handle my health insurance. After being guided into a room in the back to wait for the dental hygienist to start, the medical room was also filthy. The sink was stained, the hand soap had dirt caked into it, and I had to walk out. Medical facilities need to be cleaned regularly and thoroughly, and it's obvious what I was exposed to had been neglected from a deep cleaning for some time. I'm sorry for having offended the office staff through my quick departure but I didn't want to deal with an infection.
