6My college student wanted a local dentist & Dr. Ziglar was recommended by a friend. When she made the appointment, she asked if they took her insurance and was assured they did. We did not discover that they were out of network until after Dr. Ziglar gave her an exam and 3 fillings (even though she brushed and flossed daily and her regular dentist had not seen any issues 6 months prior). She was billed over $1100. I left two messages for Dr. Ziglar to call me so that we could discuss the situation, but he never returned my calls. My daughter sent a letter to him explaining the situation and asking if there was a way to work something out. His office manager responded by offering her a payment plan. We have been a military family for 25 years and the question, “Do you take my insurance?” has always been sufficient. This was an extremely expensive lesson in knowing the right question to ask.

2Dr. Murphy is wonderful. He very patiently worked with me to fix something another dentist had done wrong. Several of my teeth needed to be reconstructed with bonding and two crowns all on one side made for a complicated situation for my occlusion that he intelligently and skillfully worked to solve. He has a very steady hand which is very important when someone is working with sharp tools. I am very picky and detail oriented and Dr. Murphy never once lost his patience with me. He is the most professional person I have ever worked with, and I work with a lot of medical professionals. He also made a very nice looking implant in the aesthetic zone that perfectly matches my natural teeth. He is also a good person, honest and kind. Dr. Murphy is top notch. A cut above the rest. Highly recommend.
