Dr. Kaplan is in his 70s and does great work. He offers a senior discount to those over 65 who pay the day of service. The problem with this practice is Kathy. She makes up rules as she goes along and when you try to explain her error she becomes very defensive, tells you what you want to hear, then continues to do things incorrectly. She needs to go.
