3On October 2, 2015, arrived at 10:53 a.m. for a 11:15 a.m. appointment, was called in at 11:30 a.m. after patient that arrived after I and was called in before me. Went through the routine, painful X-Rays, Dentist exam/recommendations and then to another room. This is where the most uncomfortable, painful, and hurried experience(s) started, under sixty seconds, opposite side on one side was completed, new/very noisy equipment running in my mouth, she started another side, all along the noise, touching/painful to my gum, water squirting all over me. My anger stepped in, I jerked the bib from around my neck, shoved the bright lights from above me and stated that I am not happy with "her". I walked out, went to the restroom, clean up/dry up and left. I have not received a call from the office. I informed my insurance to only pay for X-Rays. LA Smiles Dentistry made me frown. No more and I after notify have over 6 friends/relatives and their friends/relatives agreeing no more LA Smiles Dentistry.
