2They took my insurance information. Never advising me that they didn\'t take my Insurance provider. For 4.5 months they kept telling me not to pay the bill because they were still working with my Insurance. I followed up with my insurance to find out they hadn\'t submitted the correct paper work yet. Dr. Horn repeatedly try to get me to schedule a NET appointment which was part of her wellness business and would cost $225 for consultation. Never giving me the cost of Invisalign, that I asked for
