The dentists did good work and were personable. The visits went just fine. I sat with the person in charge of billing who typed everything in and gave me a total, which I paid, and all was well. About 5 months later, I received a bill - past due, pay immediately. I called and asked "What about the amount I already paid?" "Oh right - that isn't even the correct amount!" Upon asking further, their billing person blamed my prior employer and sent a new itemized list showing the balance due. I still don't know why they told me the incorrect amount the day of service, but... A few days later, I receive a bill with a notice that they'll send it to collections, with, of course, the incorrect amount. In short, they botched the amount insurance would pay then sent me a bill and forgot about the amount I had already paid. This was not the first time they misbilled us, but it has been by far the worst. The service was fine, but keep an eye on your billing paperwork!.
