Have been going to him for years now and have always been pleased with both him and his staff.

I don't like going to dentists because you just never know how the experience is going to go. With Dr. Joseph and her staff they were very comforting and very helpful. Dr. Joseph was very gentle and concerned with my comfort level. I would recommend her 1,000 times over!! Great service from the time I walked in to the time I paid and left!! 5+++++ stars for me!

What a great Dentist and staff! Dr. Hall was so patient and took time to listen to all my dental concerns. So thankful to have found such a great group...Linda Franklin

Ladies and Gentleman, usually i never write a review because i do not trust reviews, some people just post for post, but this is my first time writing a review for a place dentist place, yesterday i had an appointment on Kool Smiles, 14th South in Abilene, Texas; a clean place, an smile face receive me, since i get in i feel a tremendous peace, i receive the attention we as human beings deserve, it does not matter where we from we deserve it, because we were created equal, being white, brown, green, not matter the color, the race, the nation we are aqueally; my appointment were at 9Am, but kindly they told me an opening were at 1 Pm where they can do X-rays, cleaning...etc etc, i agreed because i need it from an infection I'll have under a root canal they do to me in another place here in Abilene, i went home, come back at 1Pm, when i come back they took me in, do the x-Rays, by the way starting with the People in the front desk, to the people working inside, the are very professional, DA Jenny help me, always with a smile, always treating me very Kind; of course X-rays do not show something good, but they gonna start to treat the Gum disease that afflicted me for so long, the Hygienist a really nice Person, her name is Jan, treating me with care when she were measured the bones with the tooths, if you live in Abilene, or the area around i invite you to come and experience the attention on the place if you do not believe me. When Mrs Kelly The DR come, and look the X-rays results she told me what are the steps to follow, she told me they gladly can help me or if i prefer i can look for another place, how in the world i gonna look for another place when i found what I'll been looking for, regarding to dentists, service, treat and all the service we look for. Pardon me if my review it's long but i have to explain step by step and since my diagnose it's not a happy one, but the people working there made you feel that we are somebody. Thank you very mucho to all the personnel working at Kool Smiles in South 14th Street in Abilene, Thank you Jenny, Jan, Mrs Kelly; You guys rock, you guys are the best.
